PREFS LTD manufacture a large range of customised filing products and presentation aids for companies who wish to display their own individual image or that of their products and services. From leather ring binders to manilla pocket folders, the various combinations of size, material, colour, print, and design are endless.

Founded in 1964, we have been trading for more than 40 years manufacturing and supplying letter files, boxes, display products and ring binders of all types and sizes. We have grown and developed to become a leader in this field while remaining in family ownership. Today the company is managed by David and Chris Hunt, the grandsons of the founder Arthur T Hunt. Their aim is to maintain the original concept, when Prefs was formed, of providing customers with a product tailored exactly to their individual requirements.

We have a vast range of binding, storage and point of sale solutions available and are always willing to listen to our customers’ ideas and make them work.

Our products can be manufactured in PVC, polypropylene, paper-over-board, card and manilla. We also specialise in point of display products such as showcards, hanging cards, leaflet dispensers, desk mats, calendar easels, etc. A new array of products and awareness has developed with the introduction of Promolyte (brushed aluminium covered polypropylene compound). We are now looking forward to the new environmentally friendly products which we are developing with the help of our suppliers.

Our existing user base includes national and multi-national organisations, local businesses, advertising agencies and designers, printers and stationers, housing associations and local government bodies, including hospitals, schools, colleges and universities.
